Interview Analysis
Interview analysis is the AI-scored read of how a candidate communicates and performs the human parts of a job (soft skills, composure, and spoken language) from a short structured interview, turned into evidence you can compare candidate to candidate.
Interview analysis measures the signals that predict performance but never fit on a resume: how clearly someone explains a problem, how they handle pressure or a tough question, and how well they actually speak the language the job runs in. It replaces a subjective gut-read with a structured score on the same rubric for every candidate.
That gap matters because a resume is nearly silent about the work itself: read on its own, a CV screen correlates with later performance at only about r = 0.14. When ai interview software puts a structured score on how someone communicates and thinks out loud, validated combined methods climb into the 0.45-0.6+ range, since the analysis is scoring the human behavior instead of the paperwork listing it.

Interview analysis works by running a short async interview, then scoring the response automatically on communication, role-specific soft skills, and CEFR-rated language. Candidates complete it on their own time in about four minutes; you get a ranked shortlist with the evidence behind every score, so you can audit it or override it with judgment.

Interview analysis is tuned to what each role actually demands. Browse the 13 sub-industries we cover, and pick a role to see the exact skills it scores and how fast you can screen.
